Continues the Department of Forestry and Fire Management (DFFM) for eight years.

Requires an annual compilation of a statewide in-demand education list.

Prohibits the rates received by an electricity supplier for service from being used to invest in electric vehicle charging stations and allows the rates received by an electricity supplier to be used for make-ready infrastructure.
